Rush Fees Guideline – Standard Backdrops & Select Products
Rush fees vary depending on the size and complexity of each job. The information below is a general guideline—please call or email us for exact pricing based on your specific order.
Note:
- For any weekend orders or urgent inquiries, please call us directly at (818) 434-7591.
- Rush fees do not apply to all products and may vary.
- Shipping time is not included in the turnaround estimates.
- Orders ship out at 3:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday.
- Local pickup is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For standard jobs and select products, our typical turnaround time is within 24 business hours after artwork approval and payment.
And if you need something urgently? Give us a call!
We’ll jump into action and do our very best to work with your timeline — depending on the size of the job, current workload, and production schedule. While we can’t promise every rush is possible, we’ll move mountains to try!
Even with fast turnarounds, we never sacrifice quality. Every backdrop goes through our strict quality control process to make sure it’s perfect for your event.
Need it delivered? We also offer rush shipping and local delivery options (additional fees apply), making it even easier to get your backdrop, red carpet, or signage exactly when and where you need it.
