We work for the event industry as well as the film industry so we understand tight deadlines and extremely rush situations.
When everyone else says no, we’ll say yes.
On regular jobs, our turnaround time is 24 hours after artwork approval and payment. That means that once your job is paid for and you email us saying, “proof looks great, print it!”, your order ships out or is ready for pickup within 24 business hours. If we receive an email or call from you saying, “I need something today!”, we can work with you through the process of quickly sending your artwork/logos and payment so that your order can immediately go to production as a first priority.
Although we get the ball rolling fast to get your order out, we do not sacrifice quality.
All banners are still put through strict quality control to make sure your order is perfect. In addition to fast turnaround, Step and Repeat LA also offers RUSH shipping, or local delivery services for additional fees, making sure your order gets to you right away.
