Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Step and Repeat LA is committed to customer satisfaction. We’re sorry your order didn’t work out and we’d like to make it right. First, read through our policies below on returns and choose the option best for you.
Step and Repeat LA’s Fair Returns Policy:
If your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will, of course, take back the product and refund your money or send you a new product. We also promise: Even when there is nothing wrong with the non-custom product, you can return it within 30 days after ordering. You can exchange it if you don’t like the product, receive store credit for your next order, or have the product cost refunded.
Regarding a custom printing order, we promise to reprint your banner if there were any errors made on our part.
Step and Repeat LA will be happy to help you cancel your order. If you decide you no longer need your non-custom products, just let us know. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If a job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees of 5%, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund.
Most of our stand products have a 45-Day Free-Replacement Guarantee. As long as the product is due to a manufacturer error or you simply decide you do not want the item, you can return the item in original packaging. We will replace the item for you. Customer must notify Step and Repeat LA within 45 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 45 days from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting the product (rush shipping) are non-refundable, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
OPTION 1 – REFUND MINUS FEES
Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus credit card fees and shipping fees. Customer must notify Step and Repeat LA within 30 business days of order acceptance agreement to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a refund, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 30 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.
Administrative fees (credit cards fees of 5%, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund.
OPTION 2 – STORE CREDIT
Receive store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and a BONUS ( 3% of the order) credited to your account which you can use toward other products we offer.
Step and Repeat LA specializes in custom, printed backdrops which are unique to each customer. These are not items that can be stocked and sold again.
Step and Repeat LA will be happy to help you cancel your custom order, as long as the items have not been printed or fabricated. Once it’s been printed, the order can’t be canceled as it is a custom order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom order, please let us know and we will make things right. Step and Repeat LA is committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the creation process. Since each order is unique to each customer it has no resale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
