The 2017 festival took place at the Directors Guild of America in Hollywood, CA. The Pan African Film Festival, or PAFF, is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of cultural understanding among peoples of African descent. PAFF is dedicated to racial tolerance through the exhibition of film, art and creative expression.
