A dramatic 8’ x 32’ media wall for City of Hope’s 2018 Spirit of Life Gala

The Barker Hanger in Santa Monica was transformed for the City of Hope’s 2018 Spirit of Life Gala on October 11. Pharrell Williams hosted the event which benefited the City of Hope’s independent research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening diseases.

The Spirit of Life Award is the City of Hope’s highest honor and this year the Award went to Jon Platt. Jon is Chairman & CEO of Warner/Chappell Music, the longest-standing major music publishing company in the world.

Step and Repeat LA created a dramatic 8’ x 32’ media wall for this event. The custom, seamless fabric print was stretched on a rigid wooden frame with jack supports. It was the perfect backdrop for the glitzy attire worn by the celebrities.
